String and Cosmology

Participants of the SEENET-MTP WORKSHOP SQ2007 “New methods in string theory and quantization” Nis, Serbia, March 22-26, 2007 agreed to establish the Working group “STRINGS AND COSMOLOGY” as a part of the THE SOUTHEASTERN EUROPEAN NETWORK IN THEORETICAL AND MATHEMATICAL PHYSICS (SEENET-MTP).

The main goal is to establish closer relations and collaboration between research groups in the region (initially from Zagreb, Belgrade, Nis, Sofia and Istanbul) of the Southeast Europe, their partners in Europe (Munich and Vienna) as well as individual scientists in the region and all over the world.

During the first year, activities of the working group will be coordinated by R. Rashkov and G. Djordjevic. Next meeting of the working group should be held in Bulgaria in 2008.
