The program started with introductory lectures, primarily intended for final-year master\u2019s students. The lecturers are <strong>Prof. Dr. Neven Bili\u0107&nbsp;<\/strong>(Ru\u0111er Bo\u0161kovi\u0107 Institute, Zagreb) and&nbsp;<strong>Prof. Dr. Dragoljub Dimitrijevi\u0107&nbsp;<\/strong>(University of Ni\u0161). More information about the preparatory program is available <a href=\"https:\/\/phd.seenet-mtp.info\/preparatory-program-nis-thessaloniki-2024\/\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program continued with the school:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>CERN \u2013 SEENET-MTP \u2013 ICTP School (June 9-16, 2024)<br><a href=\"https:\/\/websites.auth.gr\/cernseenetmtp\/\">\u201cSchool on Field Theory and Applications in HEP\u201d<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left wp-block-paragraph\">at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The lecturers are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Goran Djordjevi\u0107<\/strong>\u00a0(University Nis) \u2013\u00a0<em>Introduction to HEP PhD Program<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tarek Anous<\/strong>\u00a0(QMUL, UK) \u2013\u00a0<em>Black Holes and Quantum Physics<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Nikolay Bobev<\/strong>\u00a0(KU Leuven, Belgium) \u2013\u00a0<em>Introduction to AdS\/CFT Correspondence and Holography<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Daniel Grumiller<\/strong>\u00a0(TU Vienna, Austria) \u2013\u00a0<em>Celestial Holography and Carrollian Physics<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Slava Rychkov<\/strong>\u00a0(IHES, Bures-sur-Yvette, France) \u2013\u00a0<em>Introduction to Conformal Field Theory<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Kostas Skenderis<\/strong>\u00a0(U. Southampton, UK) \u2013\u00a0<em>Current Trends in Theoretical High Energy Physics (Renormalization in CFT, AdS and dS<\/em>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Vassilis Spanos<\/strong>\u00a0(NKUA, Greece) \u2013\u00a0<em>Introduction to Modern Cosmology<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The school gathers over 70 students, lecturers, and associates from more than 15 countries in the region and Europe.
