Conference Fee and Support

The Organizing Committee has to require the payment of 150 Euros (75 Euros for accompanying person) and 100 Euros for PhD students. The conference fee covers: conference material, book of abstracts, the proceedings book, refreshment and social program (excursion and conference dinner). The payment can be made at the beginning of the conference during the registration or by bank transfer. Participants from Serbia will pay the conference fee in dinars. The organizers will try to waive a number of the participants from the conference fee. Some discount is offered to the Members of the SEENET-MTP Network (100 Euros, and 50 Euros for PhD students). These participants will be informed about that by e-mail. 

The accommodation fee is about 230 EUR for 7 days with full board in a double room and 270 EUR in a single room. The payment will be made at the beginning of the conference during the registration. 

The number of participants is expected to be around 70. The accommodation fee will be covered for a limited number of participants, to be selected by the Organizers. Younger colleagues (under 40 years) are encouraged to apply for the EWTF grant (http://seenet-mtp.pmf.ni.ac.yu/bw2007/ewtf.htm). 

Travel expenses will be covered partially, depending on the level of international support and the availability of funds. The participants who applied for the travel support should send an estimate of the expected costs for their trip not later then July 31^st.
